The General Terms and Conditions of the ALYS Online Store (hereinafter: ALYS) are complied in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act (UECA), the Consumer Protection Act (COPRA), the Code of Obligations (the OZ) and the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR).
Please read the general terms and conditions carefully before using the online store. The general terms and conditions deal with the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer. The user is bound by general terms and conditions valid at the time of the order placement in the online store. By confirming the order, the user is acquainted with the general terms and conditions, personal data protection and legal notice. The online store is managed by Alys d.o.o. , Lambergarjeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number 9347798000, tax number SI 98638556. The company is also an e-commerce service provider.
The online store is open round the clock, seven days a week. Because of various technical reasons, online-business or even accessing the store is sometimes not possible. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to restrict or stop access to the online store site for a definite or indefinite period of time. The provider does not take responsibility for the non-operation of the store due to the lack of knowledge on its usage, any consequences of a misuse of the online store, the non-operation of the service due to network failure, power outage or other technical disturbances that could temporarily, or for a long time, interfere with its use.
Registration and placing an order
User registration is not required for making a purchase, which means the order can be executed without registration.
In order to place an order for an item, it is mandatory to enter personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail address) and select delivery (delivery by post). In the case of the purchase of a company, the name and the tax number of the company are also mandatory. Order:
Ordering an item begins by selecting one of the offered items by adding them to the cart with the “add to cart” button. One item is enough to make a purchase. After making your choice, and presuming you agree with the contents of the cart, proceed with the “continue to payment” button. The purchase process then consists of two steps: 1 – entry of personal data/purchase data, 2 – choice of payment. You can cancel the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window, unless you have already confirmed the order with the “Pay” button immediately after the order summary. Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order(s). If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your payment information will appear on the page.
Prices
All prices are in EUR (Euro) and include 22% value added tax (VAT).
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity, except in the case of a promotion/discount, when the validity of the offer is specifically marked.
Despite tremendous efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, price information may be inaccurate. In this case, or if the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase. The sales purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. After placing the order, the user receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted or rejected.
Method of payment, payment confirmation and invoice
The method of payment for the order of the item is by bank transfer.
An e-invoice is issued, which means it is not sent in physical form to the client. The price, tax and all costs associated with the purchase are broken down on the invoice.. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the invoice data before placing the order. The buyer is obliged to check if the data on the invoice is correct, and to notify the provider of any possible errors within 8 working days at the latest. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account by the provider.
Delivery and shipping costs
Delivery costs are charged separately.
Orders placed on weekdays by 4 pm or on Fridays by 2 pm will be processed and delivered to the post office/shipping provider within 10 days.
Note: The delivery time for the purchased items starts on receipt of payment.
Method of delivery
Shipments are delivered by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. or by Fedex, DHL or GLS, therefore the general terms and conditions of the respective companies apply to the method of delivery. If you believe that the courier needs additional information to deliver the shipment, please use the “Note” field for extra delivery details.
We process orders from abroad individually and reserve the right to reject the order without explanation. You can place your order at [email protected].
The right to withdraw from the order
Withdrawal from ordering the item:
Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the buyer (consumer according to the meaning of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act) may notify the provider in writing that he withdraws from the order, without having to state the reason for his decision.
The withdrawal from the order is sent by the buyer to the address Alys d.o.o. , Lambergarjeva ulica 9, 1000 Ljubljana, with the note Online sales or by e-mail to [email protected].
In case of a withdrawal from the order, the buyer must return the received goods immediately, or no later than 14 days on receipt by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., to the above address of the seller, or deliver it in person to the delivery point of the provider. The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods (which in the case of shipping is charged according to the price list of the delivery service, and depends on whether it is a shipment/package/cargo). We do not accept redemption shipments.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of the provider taking over the returned goods. The payment received is returned to the buyer by the same means of payment they used.
Refund
Refunds will be taken into consideration if the provider did not respect the agreement when ordering (did not deliver the ordered product or delivered it damaged). The provider undertakes to eliminate these errors as soon as possible.
ALYS reserves the right to reject a complaint in the following cases:
if no invoice is attached,
if the goods have not been returned in their original packaging,
if the buyer has used the goods indefinitely until the withdrawal from the contract.
Security
The Association of Employers of Slovenia uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.
Protection of personal data
The provider undertakes to protect all private data of the user in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR), the Privacy Policy and Cookies. All personal data of the user of the online store are confidential and will in no case be disclosed to unauthorized persons.
Most pages in the online store can be visited without having to disclose your personal information, such as your name, address and email address. Nevertheless, some information is obtained automatically through the use of cookies and web signals (“pixel tags”), standard tools in the online industry. The use of cookies and web beacons allows you to identify the individual IP address, the type of browser used by the website visitor and the general activity of the visitor online. If you turn off cookies on your computer, you will not be able to make a purchase in the online store.
To make a purchase in our online store, it is necessary to collect some of your personal information. We do not pass on the information you provide to us to third parties, except for the purpose of confirming the validity of the purchase and delivery of products. The provider
implements all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with GDPR.
By purchasing from the online store, you explicitly agree that we store and use your personal data that you provide when ordering (name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone) exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order, and we may use your e-mail address for direct marketing our same or similar products or services as you purchased in the online store.

ALYS is not responsible for the use of the ALYS online store and for any damage caused by the use of the online content located there. The provider makes every effort to ensure that everything is up to date and the correctness of the information published on their pages. However, the product features, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the websites in time. In this case, the provider will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered item.
Although the provider strives to provide accurate pictorial representations of sales products, all pictorial representations should be taken as symbolic and do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.

The contents published on the website are the property of Alys d.o.o. and its contractual partners and may be used for non-commercial purposes, where they must retain all the stated copyright notices and therefore are not to be copied, reproduced or otherwise distributed without the permission of Alys d.o.o.
Sometimes it can happen that we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy and reliability of all published data. We will take all warnings seriously and immediately correct any information posted.
We do not accept any liability for consequences arising from the use of information published on this website or the temporary non-functioning of the website and thus the online store.
We reserve the right to change the content, errors in prices and written text on a daily basis. By using the online store, the customer confirms that he accepts the described conditions and agrees with them.
Complaints and disagreements
Any disagreements shall be settled amicably. If no amicable agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in the competent court in Ljubljana.
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation, and the obligation and other regulations governing the provision of goods and services via the World Wide Web. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty establishing an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person who the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail, if a problem arises. The provider will confirm within eight working days that it has received the complaint, and inform the user of the website how long it will take to process it, and keep him informed about the progress.
The provider is aware that the essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also why the consumer does not initiate a dispute in court. Therefore, the provider strives to the best of their ability to resolve any disagreements amicably.
